V\u011b\u0159itel\u00e9 p\u0159edpokl\u00e1daj\u00ed, \u017ee prodejem z\u00edskaj\u00ed nejm\u00e9n\u011b 128 milion\u016f korun. Prodej v\u0161ech pobo\u010dek banky, kter\u00fdch je po cel\u00e9 \u010cesk\u00e9 republice 91, by pak podle d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00edch odhad\u016f mohl vyn\u00e9st 500 a\u017e 700 milion\u016f korun.<\/p>\n<p>Korselt doplnil, \u017ee v\u0161ichni z\u00e1jemci se p\u0159ihl\u00e1sili dnes. &quot;Podobn\u00fd ohlas jsme o\u010dek\u00e1vali. Ta v\u0161ak na\u0159\u010den\u00ed odm\u00edt\u00e1 s t\u00edm, \u017ee se sout\u011b\u017ee ne\u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed, \u0159ekl den\u00edku mluv\u010d\u00ed J&#038;T Petr M\u00e1lek.<\/p>\n<p>Nejmenovan\u00e9mu \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkovi sout\u011b\u017ee se nel\u00edb\u00ed, \u017ee spr\u00e1vkyn\u011b po\u017eadovala jistinu 128 milion\u016f korun, co\u017e se pr\u00fd rovn\u00e1 minim\u00e1ln\u00ed cen\u011b po\u017eadovan\u00e9 za nemovitosti. &quot;V\u011bt\u0161inou se (jistina) pohybuje od deseti do 30 procent,&quot; tvrd\u00ed jeho z\u00e1stupce.<\/p>\n<p>Zpochybnil tak\u00e9 dobu trv\u00e1n\u00ed sout\u011b\u017ee a \u010das, kter\u00fd m\u011bli z\u00e1jemci na prostudov\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed. Sout\u011b\u017e trvala jen 15 dn\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edstup do data roomu m\u011bli investo\u0159i 11 dn\u00ed. Tak\u00e9 po\u017eadovan\u00e1 cena je \u00fadajn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00e1 a nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed nab\u00eddka p\u0159edstavuje 128 milion\u016f korun. Znalec nemovitosti ocenil na dvojn\u00e1sobek.<\/p>\n<p>Banka v\u0161ak s v\u00fdhradami nesouhlas\u00ed. &quot;Sama sout\u011b\u017e trvala t\u0159i t\u00fddny, ale o z\u00e1m\u011bru prod\u00e1vat nemovitosti v celkov\u00e9 hodnot\u011b stamilion\u016f korun se v\u011bd\u011blo nejm\u00e9n\u011b m\u011bs\u00edc a p\u016fl p\u0159edem,&quot; \u0159ekl Korselt.
