O bal\u00edk objekt\u016f, kter\u00e9 zahrnuj\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 25 tis\u00edc metr\u016f \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edch, se p\u0159ihl\u00e1sili \u010dty\u0159i uchaze\u010di. T\u00fdden\u00edk EURO m\u00e1 informace, \u017ee mezi kupci figuruje spole\u010dnost EXELENT. Ob\u00e1lky s nab\u00eddkami budou rozlepeny v pond\u011bl\u00ed 9. \u00fanora. V\u00edt\u011bz tendru by m\u011bl b\u00fdt zn\u00e1m do 16. \u00fanora.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u016fb\u011bh ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee prov\u00e1zela \u0159ada nejasnost\u00ed. Banka si v podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch zajistila, \u017ee m\u016f\u017ee vybrat n\u00e1vrh, kter\u00fd j\u00ed nejl\u00e9pe vyhovuje. Hlavn\u00edm krit\u00e9riem nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt nab\u00eddnut\u00e1 cena. &quot;Jde jen o v\u00e1gn\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00ed formulaci, rozhoduj\u00edc\u00edm hlediskem bude v\u00fd\u0161e kupn\u00ed ceny, \u0159ekl Robert Korselt, mluv\u010d\u00ed Union banky. Cel\u00e1 sout\u011b\u017e trvala pouze 22 dn\u00ed. Je ale jasn\u00e9, \u017ee prodej tak velk\u00e9ho bal\u00edku nemovitost\u00ed vy\u017eaduje odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed \u010das, aby se potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed uchaze\u010di mohli sezn\u00e1mit s t\u00edm, co vlastn\u011b kupuj\u00ed. &quot;Prohl\u00eddky objekt\u016f se uskute\u010dnily pouze ve t\u0159ech dnech. Je nere\u00e1ln\u00e9, aby si v\u00e1\u017en\u00fd z\u00e1jemce stihl dostate\u010dn\u011b nemovitosti prov\u011b\u0159it, tvrd\u00ed zdroj z b\u00fdval\u00e9ho p\u0159edstavenstva UB. Dod\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee obvykl\u00e1 doba pro transakce podobn\u00e9ho charakteru je dva a\u017e t\u0159i m\u011bs\u00edce.<\/p>\n<p>Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed kupn\u00ed cena objekt\u016f byla stanovena na 141 milion\u016f korun. Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed konzulta\u010dn\u00ed spole\u010dnost Richard Ellis odhadla ke konci roku 2002 cenu nemovitost\u00ed na v\u00edce ne\u017e 253 milionu korun. Spr\u00e1vkyn\u011b konkursn\u00ed podstaty Michaela Huserov\u00e1 sice stanovila neobvykle n\u00edzkou minim\u00e1ln\u00ed cenu, na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b ale po\u017eadovala slo\u017een\u00ed jistiny ve v\u00fd\u0161i 128 milion\u016f korun. &quot;V\u00fd\u0161e jistiny se v\u011bt\u0161inou pohybuje od deseti do t\u0159iceti procent, tvrd\u00ed zdroj t\u00fdden\u00edku EURO. Mluv\u010d\u00ed Union banky Robert Korselt oponuje, \u017ee v\u011b\u0159itelsk\u00fd v\u00fdbor stanovil vysokou jistinu, proto\u017ee cht\u011bl zajistit, aby mezi z\u00e1jemci nebyli spekulanti.<\/p>\n<p>Podm\u00ednky sout\u011b\u017ee obsahuj\u00ed i povinnost kupuj\u00edc\u00edho uzav\u0159\u00edt s prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed stranou n\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouvu do konce roku 2005 na prostory v ostravsk\u00e9 centr\u00e1le banky, kter\u00e1 je nejlukrativn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm domem v bal\u00edku. V\u00fd\u0161e n\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho, jak vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 z podm\u00ednek, je stanovena na jednu korunu m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b. Kupuj\u00edc\u00ed mus\u00ed nav\u00edc slo\u017eit na zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed \u00fa\u010det finance rovnaj\u00edc\u00ed se \u010d\u00e1stce 300 tis\u00edc kr\u00e1t po\u010det m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f platnosti smlouvy, jako pojistku, \u017ee dodr\u017e\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouvu. Tato suma p\u0159edstavuje 6,9 milionu korun.
